Cookie Policy

This policy is from SURONEX CLOUDSAFE PRIVATE LIMITED ("Suronex", "we", "us"). It covers the cookies and similar technologies (browser session storage, and tags that send data from your browser) used on suronex.ai, including our ad landing pages under suronex.ai/lp.

It lists every one we use, including those LinkedIn's tag sets on our domain. If something is not listed here, we do not set it; if you find one that is not, tell us and we will add or remove it.

The first time you visit, a banner at the bottom of the screen offers Accept and Reject. They are equally easy to press, and you can keep using the site without choosing.

• Accept turns on analytics cookies and advertising measurement (sections 4 and 5).
• Reject keeps them off. Only the strictly necessary items in section 3 are used.
• If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as Reject and do not show the banner. That includes an earlier Accept: it no longer applies while the signal is on. Only if you open Cookie settings and choose Accept while the signal is on do we treat that as your choice.
• Until you choose, no advertising tag loads and no analytics cookie is set.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with Cookie settings (also at the foot of every page). Withdrawing stops the tags from that moment; it does not undo what was already collected, which you can ask us to delete (see our Privacy Policy).

These make the site work and remember the choice you made. They do not track you across other sites and are not used for advertising.

Visit counting without cookies: whatever you choose, our analytics provider PostHog may count page views and clicks on this site with nothing stored on your device. A random ID is kept in the page's memory only, so it is gone when you leave or reload the page, and the request carries your IP address, which PostHog uses to estimate your country and city and to filter bots. We use this to know how many people visit and which pages work. Session recordings never run without Accept.

With Accept, PostHog keeps a visitor ID in a cookie so a return visit is recognised, and may record sessions: a reconstruction of how pages were used (scrolls, clicks, page changes) to find layout and usability problems. Every form input is masked in recordings; what you type is not captured.

We also store, in our own HttpOnly cookie, which ad or campaign brought you here, so an enquiry you send can be credited to the right campaign.

LinkedIn uses it to tell us how many people who saw or clicked our LinkedIn ads went on to visit or contact us, and to let us show ads to people who visited suronex.ai. We receive reports in aggregate; LinkedIn's own use of this data is governed by LinkedIn's privacy and cookie policies.

We do not use Google, Meta or any other advertising tag on this site.

After you send an enquiry from a landing page, we may show HubSpot's meeting scheduler so you can pick a time. It is HubSpot's page shown inside ours, and HubSpot may set its own cookies within it under HubSpot's cookie policy. We do not read them.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Blocking the strictly necessary ones means we cannot remember your choice and will ask again.

When we add or remove a cookie or tag, we update this page and its date first. If the change needs your consent, we ask again.
