Free AI discovery assessment: terms

A no-charge, time-limited, read-only and agentless discovery run against a cloud account, subscription or project that you choose and connect, followed by a walkthrough of what it found (for example AI models and services in use, exposed attack paths and compliance gaps).

It is offered by Suronex Cloudsafe Private Limited alongside the 30-minute demo, and is separate from it: booking a demo does not commit you to an assessment, and the reverse.

• Organisations, not individuals, with a registered business presence in India.
• Requested by an employee with a work email address at that organisation, who is authorised to grant read-only access to the environment in scope.
• One assessment per organisation.
• Not available to existing Suronex customers, organisations already in a Suronex trial or proof of concept, resellers, or providers of competing products or services.

Places are limited. We confirm eligibility after a short call and may decline a request at our discretion, for example when we cannot verify it, cannot agree a scope, or our capacity is full.

The environments, accounts and duration are agreed with you in writing before any access is granted. You create the read-only access, you control it, and you can revoke it at any time. The access period is limited, normally to no more than 14 days. We may ask you to accept a short assessment agreement covering access and confidentiality first.

The assessment is scheduled at a time agreed with you, subject to availability. No turnaround time is promised.

Nothing. There is no charge and no obligation to buy anything, now or later. We never ask for payment details for it.

• It is not an audit, a certification, an attestation or a penetration test, and it does not certify compliance with any framework. Where findings are mapped to a framework, that mapping helps you prioritise; it is not an opinion on your compliance.
• It is a point-in-time view of the environment in scope, provided as-is for evaluation. It is not guaranteed to find every AI asset or every issue.
• It does not include remediation work.

Contact details you give us are handled under our Privacy Policy. Data read from your environment is used only to produce and present your findings, is not shared with third parties, and is deleted at the end of the assessment unless you become a customer or ask us to keep it. Ask us at any time and we will delete it.

We may change or withdraw this offer at any time. An assessment already agreed in writing will be honoured on the terms agreed. Our Terms of Use apply in addition to these terms.
